This City of Cleveland board met for the first time in 2025 despite being formed more than two decades ago. It is charged with overseeing the city’s wage theft law and other laws designed to protect workers. At a February 2025 meeting, the board decided to meet monthly despite being required to meet only quarterly. Learn more about the board from Signal Cleveland’s Olivera Perkins.
Note: This board meets only in person. We add two hours of pay ($36) to the assignment. It may be helpful for your coverage to record audio of the meeting, but it is not a requirement of the assignment.
