• The Budget Committee unanimously passed a resolution to transfer $1 million from Contingency Account to CPED for the purpose of garnering the match from the State of Minnesota ($9 million expected) to fund the Avivo Villages South Project. It is an urgent resolution to partially address the encampment crisis developing in the city.

• The Committee received and filed the 2024 City Budget presentation from the Finance & Property Services department.
