• Unanimously adopted a 30 day pre-eviction notice ordinance that builds on the existing policy and state law which has a 14 day period.
• Approved a grant for $1.5 million in funding to renovate the Agate Housing building in downtown Minneapolis by a vote of 10-3, with Council Members Palmisano, Rainville, and Vetaw voting no.
• A legislative directive to look at the process for funding critical repairs for affordable housing and shelters was introduced by CM Vetaw and referred to BHZ committee 12-1, with Council Member Wonsley voting no. Adopted an ordinance to collect data on encampment removals on city-owned properties to create quarterly reports, by a vote of 9-4.
• Adopted a resolution of city priorities for the Rethinking I-94 project through parts of I-94.
