- Overrode a mayoral veto, by a vote of 9-4, of the 2025 City Budget. This was the final action to approve the 2025 budget.
- Failed to override a mayoral veto, by a vote of 7-6, of a resolution to support nonviolent protesters at the University of Minnesota protesting for Palestinian rights and to urge the university, city attorney, and county attorney to not prosecute.
- Denied 4% raises for 161 employees, by a vote of 7-6. Item was included in the budget approval process. Those opposed argued not giving raises to employees risks hurting morale and causing people to leave city employment.
- Unanimously approved a change to Minneapolis Police Department policy regarding overtime. Policy addition would not allow off duty work within a pay period if the total hours worked, on duty and off, exceeded set guidelines.
