• Unanimously approved all items from committees, except for:
  • issuing $15 million in Charter School Lease Revenue Bonds to Best Academy Project. Council Members Chughtai, Wonsley, Payne and Chavez voted no.
• Unanimously voted to have Minneapolis sign on to multistate settlement agreements with several opioid supply chain participants (including Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart). This means the city will receive a share of the money from the settlement, which will go towards addressing the opioid crisis.
• Council members Vetaw and Ellison gave notice of a new mold ordinance related to housing maintenance code
