• Approved an agreement between the city and 15 partners to implement a Commercial Energy Efficiency cost-share program funded by the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant. The $10 million fund would be directed toward free energy analysis for small businesses and incentives for adopting energy efficiency projects with the goal of environmental justice.
• Approved an agreement between the city and the parks board to coordinate the collection and hauling of solid waste and recycling carts at Minneapolis’ residential park for a period of five years.
• Approved five appointments for four special district advisory boards (54th & Lyndale, Dinkytown, Lowry Hill, and Stadium Village)
• Received and filed Special Service District 2023 annual reports and authorized year-end budget procedures.
