Received and filed two presentations relating to the 3000 Minnehaha Ave Site (Former 3rd Police Precinct):

• An update from city staff on the concept plan for the site which would dedicate ⅔ of the building to Elections & Voter Services, with ⅓ of the building being dedicated to community use on the ground floor. Multiple council members expressed frustration with the lack of community engagement before arriving at this usage concept plan.
• An update from Longfellow Community Council (LCC) on their 3000 Minnehaha community engagement. The LCC representative said residents have expressed frustration with the city’s engagement efforts and the vast majority support a community-led process for the redevelopment of this site.
