• The three-person board elected Walter Bauch as Chair and Michael Friedman as Vice Chair for 2023
• Received and filed reports on Ethics Inquiry (showing each time someone contacted the Ethics Report Line and why, which is usually for advice), Complaint Activity, and Other Activity that the Ethics Officer has to report (i.e. trainings, press inquiries).
• The board reviewed the Internal Investigation Process Audit, which Documenters previously covered at the Dec. 5. Audit Committee meeting. The board plans to work through the seven issues identified in the report.
• The board discussed, but did not take formal action on, potential clarifying changes in their bylaws.
