• The Regional Railroad Authority (RRA) directed staff to follow up with the Minneapolis Park & Rec Board and the City of Minneapolis on the plan to elevate the Midtown Greenway trail designation to a metropolitan park regional trail. The new designation would bring in new capital revenue opportunities, but requires agreed responsibilities between the stakeholders involved.
