The Commissioners voted on various consent items, among others:
- The use of Metropolitan Region Sales and Use Tax for supportive housing and eviction prevention measures.

The Commissioners voted on immediate approval items, among others:
- The use of $500k in the 2023 budget to immediately fund a nonprofit six-month mental health provision backlog coming in 2024.
- Awarded a $1.65 million contract to remodel showers at an adult correctional facility with a focus on accessibility, safety improvements, and energy efficiency.
- Approved $957k contract for accessibility improvements at various county roads, including upgrades to pedestrian ramps and installation of accessible pedestrian signals.
Commissioner Lunde highlighted the “A Journey to Success” exhibit (held on the Government Center lobby, 8th floor) showcasing probation clients’ success stories.
The Regional Railroad Authority agreed to split evenly the federal lobbying services fee of $245,000 with the Metropolitan Council.
