Approved variance requests and site plan review for the property located at 700 10th Ave S

  • The variance requested was for long-term bicycle parking space standards, including accessibility
  • The site plan review was for conversion of an office building to a 59-unit residential multi-family.

Postponed consideration of the city’s application to build a water maintenance facility at the former Roof Depot site to its Nov. 13 meeting. Although the city has agreed to sell the property to the East Phillips Neighborhood Institute, EPNI has not yet purchased the site. In the event that they do not purchase by the Nov. 8 deadline, the Planning Commission will resume consideration at the November meeting.
