Urban Forestry Advisory Board

The Urban Forestry Advisory Board (UFAB) is responsible for advising the Director of Parks on the establishments of appropriate urban forestry programs, regulations, and the planning, promotion and guidance to the urban forestry program.

The Board is comprised of nine representatives from the following: two from the Community at Large, two from the Green Industry, two from the Business Community, and the City Planner, City Engineer, and City Architect. The City positions are permanent; the other six positions are appointed by the City Manager and serve four-year terms.The UFAB meets at least six times per year, elects its officers and adopts its own operating procedures consistent with city practice and policy.

Meets at least six times per year. The schedule varies but the meetings are always held on the second Thursday of the month. All meetings will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Bettman Center, 4 Beech Lane, Cincinnati Ohio 45208
