Meeting is called to order at 5:32 pm with 1 member absent. Pledge of Allegiance was taken. Minutes and agenda were approved.

No updates on the Cultural Arts and Outreach plans. A meeting is scheduled later this week regarding the Parks Master plan.

Reports from Commissioners: Vice Chair Dohlin welcomes everyone to the new year. Dohlin shares that the Fresno Chaffee Zoo will have a light event for the upcoming Lunar New Year.

Commissioner Dr. Oputa welcomes everyone back in the new year. Dr. Oputa thanks the park director at the sunset center.

Chair McCoy welcomes everyone back. McCoy shows appreciation for staffs at the warming centers and storm shelters.

Commissioner Parkes shows appreciation for the park director at the Sunset Center and is requesting clarification regarding a previously discussed audit.

Aguirre reports that storm relief centers will be open from January 9-15. For transportation to centers, calls can be made to 3-1-1, from 7am-7pm.
