Robinson says parking would not disrupt parking. Doesn’t know future price point, but says it won’t be low-income. Says it will be market-rate and fair. This will be single-story development.
Mike speaks in opposition. He lives near by and speaks about safety with duplex dwellers. Says that they are not as stable as homeowners and they may present risk in the area. He says the area consists of single-family homes and residents want it to stay that way. https://t.co/y8q81bB7Qy
