OEO & MBE Participation Goals may have been a deciding factor β
The City Hall roof project should start by the end of Summer.

The roof of Cleveland City Hall has been leaking for years πβ¦

Roof replacement and Facade repairs for Cleveland City Hall total approximately $10,318,550.00π°.
