The Mayor shall be ex­officio President of the Board (in today’s meeting there was an “acting mayor”).

The vote of a majority of all members of the Board shall be necessary to the adoption of any question, motion or order 👍🏾🗳️

All votes shall be by “yeas” & “nays” & entered on the record.
