Agenda item #2 is the ordinance regarding the authority to issue multi-family revenue bonds to 1201 North California 4PCT GP LLC in the 26th Ward. The total development cost is $42 million.

Chairperson Waguespack moves on to agenda items 21, 22, and 23 from the Department of Law. These items will be added to the omnibus and are various small claims against the City of Chicago.

One of the lawsuits is regarding a hostile work environment claim from Mr. Alamo who worked for the Chicago Fire Department. The lawsuit is being settled for $225 thousand on November 18th.
