Design review committees review the design of development proposals & make recommendations for approval or disapproval to the City Planning Commission, which takes final action on approval or disapproval of the design.

Cleveland is divided into 7 designated Design Review Districts.

The Far West Design Review Committee generally covers the area of the city west of 85th St., excluding Hopkins Airport.
