The meeting has been called to order and quorum has been established. This committee is chaired by Alder La Spata (1).
The public comment period is beginning. Each speaker is allowed three minutes.
George Blackmore (spelling unconfirmed) is now speaking. He is disappointed by the lack of public participation from the public and believes it is the responsibility of the committee to encourage participation.
A substitute ordinance on page eight has been accepted. All no recommendation ordinances have been approved.
All of these items will be reported out before the next City Council meeting.
