One of the emergency Resolutions referred includes 477-2023, which declares April 2023 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Cleveland.

2nd Reading Legislation:
9 Emergency Ordinances Passed
One of the Emergency Ordinances Passed include 251-2023. It lets the Director of Capital Projects to accept a gift of real estate from The NRP Group to connect the Cleveland Lakefront Bikeway to Herman Park.

2 Emergency Resolutions Adopted
One of the Emergency Resolutions include Supporting the Reproductive Rights ballot initiative, “The Right To Reproductive Freedom with Protections for Health and Safety.”
