DL3 Realty in Woodlawn motion passes

The first two speakers are from DL3 Realty. Their presentation is focused on the vision this development company has in mind for improving the blighted community of Woodlawn. The central message is about a proposed project on 63rd and Cottage Grove.

According to the two speakers, the location is prime due to its CTA accessibility and could be the hub of that neighborhood with enough investment.

There is a question asked about what renovations are coming to the CTA stop at 63rd and Cottage Grove. DL3 Realty will not be involved in decision regarding the future changes to the Green line stop at 63rd and Cottage Grove.

The next question is about the financial details of this proposed development. The representative from DL3 Realty has assured her that the company as been in contact with the city to secure the funds.

There is a vote on whether or not to approve the proposed development by DL3 Realty at 63rd and Cottage and the motion passes.
