Annual review of the Comprehensive Plan Preparing, adopting, and maintaining Zoning and Subdivision regulations Holding hearings on special uses, zoning changes, and vacation requests Reviewing and approving plats, commercial site plans Making recommendations to the City Council to approve or disapprove various requests
